Artist Bio

Aileen Hill is a self-taught artist from Dayton, Ohio. She began drawing comics for an elementary-school project on brain cells. She graduated from UIC with a BS in finance and a minor in business analytics. Aileen draws from pop culture and likes to incorporate elements of modern-day cynicism and naivety in her art. In her free time, Aileen likes to read, do jigsaw puzzles, and watch documentaries on youtube. Currently she resides in Chicago with her three cats, Kimchi, Sausage and Springfield.

Aileen uses open source software to create her art. Her pen of choice is the Zebra Disposable Brush pen.
